These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SiliX EduFi AI Platform ("Platform", "Service"). By accessing or using SiliX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting your wallet, or using any part of the SiliX platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use SiliX, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Not reside in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited
• Comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content

3. Platform Description

SiliX is an EduFi AI platform that combines blockchain gaming, artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrency education. The platform includes:

• NFT AI Brains that learn, evolve, and mine cryptocurrency
• Educational modules on blockchain and cryptocurrency
• Cryptocurrency rewards ($SiX, $LiX, CHIP tokens)
• Gaming mechanics including quests, mining, and marketplace
• Social and community features
• Decentralized governance through DAO participation

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account and connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet to use certain features of the platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys. SiliX does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost or stolen assets. Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone.

5. Cryptocurrency and NFTs

5.1 Token Disclaimer

$SiX, $LiX, and CHIP are utility tokens used within the SiliX ecosystem. They are not:

• Investment securities or financial instruments
• Guaranteed to have monetary value outside the platform
• Promises of profit or returns
• Redeemable for fiat currency from SiliX

5.2 NFT AI Brains

NFT AI Brains are digital assets on the SiliX blockchain. By purchasing or receiving an NFT AI Brain, you own:

• The NFT token and its associated metadata
• The right to transfer, sell, or trade the NFT
• The right to use the NFT within the platform

You do NOT own the underlying intellectual property, code, or AI models, which remain the property of SiliX.

5.3 Blockchain Transactions

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. You are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation. SiliX is not responsible for errors in transactions you initiate.

6. Platform Rewards and Mining

6.1 Earning Rewards

You may earn cryptocurrency rewards through:

• Completing educational modules
• AI Brain mining activities
• Participating in quests and challenges
• Community contributions

6.2 Reward Modifications

SiliX reserves the right to modify reward rates, mining algorithms, and token distribution mechanisms at any time to maintain platform sustainability and balance. Such changes will be communicated through official channels.

6.3 No Guarantee

Rewards are not guaranteed. The amount and availability of rewards depend on platform performance, token economics, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards (Sybil attacks)
• Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
• Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or decompile platform code
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, asset seizure, and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

All content, features, and functionality of the SiliX platform, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• AI models and algorithms
• Graphics, logos, and branding
• Educational content and curriculum
• Game mechanics and designs

are owned by SiliX or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

By submitting content to the platform (posts, comments, media), you grant SiliX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SiliX does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

9.2 Financial Risks

Cryptocurrency involves substantial risk. You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Token values can fluctuate dramatically and may lose all value
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Blockchain networks may experience downtime or congestion
• Regulatory changes may impact token utility or legality
• You may lose some or all of your invested assets

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILIX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiliX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

SiliX may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity
• Request from law enforcement

Upon termination, you may lose access to your account data and any unredeemed rewards. Blockchain assets (NFTs and tokens in your wallet) remain under your control.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability
